CANCELLATION/LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Time is scarce and we understand that sometimes "life takes an unexpected turn!" If you do need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, we respectfully request you do so no less than 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Reservations are in high demand. The 24-hour advanced notice will allow us to contact waitlisted guests and keep schedules full. Notifications that arrive less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved services or $50, whichever is greater.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the above cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not pleased with your product purchase, Pepper Salon will accept, for return or exchange, your purchased products that are unused and in their original packaging. For a full refund or exchange, please return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase along with the original receipt.
