CANCELLATION/LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation,
please contact your stylist as soon as possible.
Our appointments are in high demand, and some specialized services may require more than 24 hours’ notice. Providing advanced notice helps us accommodate other guests and keeps our schedules running smoothly.

Please note: Cancellations made with less notice than specified by your stylist may incur a fee. For details,

If you are late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you.
In this case, your stylist’s cancellation policy will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not pleased with your product purchase, Pepper Salon will accept, for return or exchange, your purchased products that are unused and in their original packaging. For a full refund or exchange, please return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase along with the original receipt.
